Cancellation Policy At Mood Beauty Bar, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 2. Card on File: To secure your appointment with us we do require a card on file. This helps us confirm your booking and adhere to our cancellation policy. 3. Deposits: When calling or texting to book an appointment you will be required to provide a 30% non refundable deposit. 4. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 30% of your service will be charged. 5. No-Shows: if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. Additionally, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, 70% of the service cost will also be charged to the card on file. 6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen.
